LL.M. in Business Law
The Master in Business Law, Economics and Management is an 18-month double degree, offered for the first time in Greece, combining business law, economics and business management.
It consists of the Master 2 Droit des Affaires (M2 Business Law), a French state diploma awarded by the Faculty of Law of the Université Catholique de Lille in collaboration with the University of Toulouse 1 – Capitole, and the DU (University Diploma) in International Legal Practice & Gestion, awarded by the Faculty of Law of the Université Catholique de Lille.
NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI COLLEGE is the largest organization in Greece for the production and processing of legal content, education and technology in support of the legal community, the justice system and the economy. Since 2000 it has been systematically engaged in professional education and lifelong learning for the legal professions, offering certified, non-formal, high quality education in all branches of law, accounting, taxation, out-of-court dispute resolution and professional skills development. It cooperates with academic institutions and leading academics, judges and practitioners from Greece and abroad by organizing annually more than 200 specialized seminars & training programs and 12 international legal conferences

Degree in Law, greek or foreign, of 4 years’ duration, with a total of
240 ECTS academic credits or
a 4-year degree in economics, either in Greece or abroad, of a total of 240 ECTS credits
Very good level of English (B2)

Emmanuel GARDOUNIS is a doctor in private law since 2004 after a thesis on : “The determination of the price in the contract: A comparative study between French and Greek law”.
He obtained his certificate of aptitude for the profession of lawyer (CAPL) He has been a lecturer at the faculty since 2014, permanent since 2015, responsible for the International Business and Law course (IESEG partnership) on the Issy-les-Moulineaux campus and a member of C3RD. He teaches commercial law (in-depth company law) and French and European Contract Law.
His research areas are business law, competition law and contract law, both in France and internationally (especially Greek law).

Director of the Master in Law, Governance & Technology and of the Graduate Diploma in Law and Digital Technologies
Delphine Dogot is Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law. She researches and teaches in the areas of law and technology, international law and legal philosophy, in particular in relation to global governance, risk and security.
She is the Director of LeStudio, a collaborative and creative digital/law lab and the Academic Director of the Master in Law, Governance & Technology and Winter & Summer and Graduate Diploma in Law and Digital Technologies.
Before joining the Faculty of Law, Delphine Dogot was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Law Department of HEC Paris, an OXPO Fellow at Nuffield College, University of Oxford, a visiting scholar at Harvard Law School, a Fellow at Sciences Po Law School and a researcher the Perelman Centre for Legal Philosophy at ULB where she is an affiliate researcher.
She is regularly invited to teach at Sciences Po Paris, Université Aix-Marseille, HEC Paris, Université Panthéon Assas, Universidad des Los Andes, Université Libre de Bruxelles et Universidad UNISINOS Porto Alegre.
Trained in law and philosophy, Delphine Dogot holds a Ph.D. in Law from Sciences Po Law School, Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Law from Université Panthéon Sorbonne, an M.A in Sociology and B.A. in Philosophy from Université Paris Sorbonne.

Iga Kurowska holds a PhD in law from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. She is the Head of Innovation at the Karnov Group (Southern Region), Europe’s leading provider of legal information and software. Former founder of a legaltech start-up, she regularly lectures students and professionals on how innovation can improve the practice of law.

Eleftheria Tzamarou is a doctoral student in public law at the University of Paris Nanterre. She is preparing her thesis on the relationship between the right to be forgotten and sensitive data. She is a member of the Centre de Recherche et d'Etudes sur les Droits Fondamentaux (CREDOF) of the University of Paris Nanterre and holds a Master 2 in digital law from the same university. She has been a lecturer for several years at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille (Personal Data, European Law) as well as at other higher education institutions. She is a lawyer registered at the Athens Bar.
