The Cost of Social Rights across Generations

Giovanni Boggero is an Assistant Professor in Constitutional Law at the Università degli Studi di Torino.

He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Public Law and Finance at Collegio Carlo Alberto (2018/2019) and a DAAD Visiting Research Scholar at the Max Planck Institute for International and Comparative Public Law (2015/2016). He earned his PhD in Constitutional Law at Università del Piemonte Orientale « Amedeo Avogadro » in 2015. His research interests include international public law, comparative constitutional law and local government law. In 2017 he authored « Constitutional Principles of Local Self-Government in Europe » (Brill Publishing, Leiden).
